KODACHI is located in a beautiful Satoyama at an elevation of 110m, close to the sea of Kimitsu.
The total area is about 2,400m², surrounded by trees reaching for the sky, it's a quiet space enveloped in plants like herbs and fruit trees. It can be used for a wide range of purposes including photography and events. Despite being in the metropolitan area, it offers a space that leverages real nature, making it suitable for creating creative works.
For Photoshoot Locations
Utilize the beauty of nature through all four seasons as a backdrop to create creative works. Additionally, as a rental space curated by Old Maison, which has been involved in spatial design for 55 years since its establishment, we offer vintage-style furniture and equipment that complement the lush natural surroundings. We can also create props and set pieces tailored to your production plan.
We can accommodate various arrangements to meet the needs of our clients. Feel free to consult us for locations for creating works, promotional videos, or portrait photography.
Photo Wedding
Photo weddings at KODACHI offer the ultimate charm of rustic natural beauty typical of a countryside setting, making it an ideal choice for wedding photography. Surrounded by trees, the Zelkova Plaza provides a beautiful scene that merges seamlessly with nature. Furthermore, the KODACHI Flat, characterized by its numerous windows and sense of openness, can be creatively adorned to enhance the atmosphere, ensuring your invaluable moments are captured in splendid creations.
